I was a Personal Trainer and Personal Training Company Manager for fifteen years before starting my own Southbank, Docklands, Melbourne and now Barwon Heads based ‘mobile’ Personal Training business on October 1, 2012. We aspired to be the best-known premium level mobile Personal Training company in Victoria and I feel that we have now achieved that mantle from a service perspective.
In 1997 I completed a four year full-time degree, achieving a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement and a Bachelor of Teaching from Deakin University. My tertiary qualifications combined with now twenty years hands-on experience put me in a select group of elite personal trainers with such high levels of industry expertise, qualifications and experience. Likewise my team have and always will have completed a similar University/Tertiary degree. We are the only Personal Training business that stands by this claim in Victoria – something that I am immensely proud of.
My specialty is in strength and conditioning, sport specific training, speed development, cardio, technique and general fitness. I have a University degree in Exercise Science and Human Movement and away from work I play soccer at semi professional level and have also pursued a professional career overseas.
I have been involved in several coaching roles most notably with VFL club Werribee as a strength and conditioning coach.
My passion is guiding, motivating and ultimately seeing all individuals achieve their own health and fitness goals which may include weight loss, lifestyle balance, strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, improved posture and muscle tone through education, teaching and training. Having been with Just In Time for over two years now, I am excited about my promotion to Assistant Manager and helping our team continue to grow and develop.
Hi, I’m Austin and I have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sports Science majoring in Physiology. I have an extensive background knowledge of sports and exercise, especially strength and conditioning with individuals and athletes of the community. Additionally, through my studies I have completed over 150 hours of volunteer Physiotherapy assistive work, engaging with individuals recovering from sports and work-related injury, who wish to regain motor coordination and movement from all age ranges and backgrounds.
I have been involved in Football coaching and umpiring, as well as involvement in numerous sports and exercise competitions.
I am extremely passionate about improving quality of life through the incorporation of exercise and motivated to provide positive encouragement to achieve all goals together as a team. Ultimately, I am about providing effective exercise prescription in a time efficient manner and always having fun in the process!

I’m Tom and I have always been passionate about facilitating behaviour change and helping people improve their well-being. Nothing makes me happier than seeing people set out with short or long-term goals and then achieving them (no matter how small or big the goal).
I have completed an Exercise and Sports Science degree at Deakin University and am an accredited Exercise Scientist with ESSA. I have a very strong interest and experience in the Strength and Conditioning field, due to undertaking an Internship with Rowville Sports Academy from 2016 until mid-2017. My strengths are in improving general health and fitness, mobility, balance, linear and lateral speed, agility, jump and land mechanics, muscular tone, muscular strength and muscular power.
Apart from being a Personal Trainer, I am also a basketball coach at Rossbourne School. I practice what I preach and I am always completing my own Strength and Conditioning sessions in my down time. This helps me personally develop my skills as a Personal Trainer and improve my own football performance as I play in the VAFA for St Bedes Mentone Tigers (A Grade Division).

Hi, I’m Sam and I have completed an Exercise and Sports Science degree at Deakin University in Geelong and have previously worked as a strength and conditioning coach with multiple sporting teams and schools as well as a Personal Trainer. This has lead my fitness related strengths to be in the strength and conditioning field, as well as the ability to alter body composition.
I have also worked for Deakin University as a Student Ambassador, educating high school students and running workshops based around sports science. This has led me to a passion for educating, I enjoy training clients but I love educating them around healthy practices to improve their general well-being.

Outside of Just in Time, I play Cricket and Basketball locally in Ringwood and Doncaster. I also coach junior football at the Templestowe Junior Football Club and coach Cricket at the Ainslie Park Cricket Club. I have been involved in sport for most of my life and have seen the importance of teamwork and effective communication in order to get the best out of any situation.
