The importance of strength and conditioning for sporting teams and individuals continues to grow momentum. It is clear that training for sport is more than just training for the sport itself but instead specifically conditioning the body through strength, mobility, balance, core training, plyometrics and the like to ultimately deliver the best results within the sport itself.

Daniel in particular has worked with two Melbourne Victory and one Melbourne City youth players on a personal level and has achieved outstanding results.
